1) How long does it take to deliver my
order?
We ship your order usually within 5 days after
receipt of payment. Shipping time to most countries is around around
1-2 weeks after receipt of payment.
2) Do you deliver to my country?
We ship worldwide to ALL countries. This includes
USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe & Asia.
3) What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is a flat cost of $5. If you order above $49, you will get Free
Worldwide Shipping.

4) Which payment methods do you
accept?
We accept PayPal and
credit card (all credit card payments will be
securely processed using PayPal merchant system).
5) I do not have PayPal or credit
card. Can I pay you by other payment methods?
We prefer to accept PayPal or credit card as it much easier to process and safer
for everyone. However if you do not have any of those, please contact us.
6) How do I know status of my order?
We will email you a Shipping Notification after your order has been shipped.
7) I have not received my order even
though it has been 2 weeks since receiving the Shipping Notification. What should I do?
Most orders (90% of all orders) are delivered within 1-2 weeks after the
Shipping Notification is sent while 10%
are delivered slightly later that. If you do not receive your order by 2
weeks after receiving the Shipping Notification, please contact us and we will
help you track it (it is usually it is just because of a slight delay with your
local post office).
8) Can I order different eye power for
each eye?
Yes, you can.

9) How long can these contact lens
last?
It is designed to last up to 1 year but it is best to use up to 9 months after
opening (if it is not opened, it has a shelf life of 2-3 years).
10) What are the size, base curve &
water content of these contact
lens?
All contact lens offered here are 14mm in diameter which gives the beautiful big
eye look effect. The "Super" version (series which carry the name "Super") are
14.8mm in diameter i.e. 0.8mm larger than the others, which is the largest
available here for girls and guys that want maximum big eye look effect. The
base curve of these contact lens is usually 8.6 (usually suitable for 8.4 to
8.8). It has a high water content of around 38-45%
11) Do you really have ready stock for everything stated here?
Yes, we have everything we state here in ready stock for immediate shipping.
However, once a while for prescription contact lens, about 5% might temporarily
go out of stock (in such a case, we substitute with -0.25 lower or the closest
model alternative or email you to request your choice of action). The same
actions apply if you order any contact lens with prescription that the
manufacturer does not produce.
12) I notice that the models wearing
the contact lens here are Asian girls with dark eyes. I am not Asian. Does it matter?
Can guys wear it?
It does not matter. The contact lens that we offer for sale here are suitable
for everyone. In fact, it is also very suitable for guys. The tint on
the contact lens will reflect the color out regardless whether you have dark or
light color eyes.
13) What type of look will I get with
the color circle contact lens offered here?
You will get bigger and prettier looking eyes. 95% of our customers love the

color tint. If you do not know how to wear or care for it, please contact us and
we will happily provide you with proper guidance.
